In terms of production equipment, KSTHL also spares no effort. 100% of the core components of the machines are imported from Italy, and 80% of the entire machine is also from Italy. Manufacturing Process

Label Folding

Each label has its unique manufacturing process. There are various folding methods for labels, and different parts of the hat use corresponding folding methods. There are four common folding methods: end – fold, center – fold, one – side fold, and Asymmetrical End fold. In addition, there are also Manhattan fold, Miter fold, and Longitudinal End. These different folding methods are not only to meet different usage scenarios and aesthetic needs but also, to a certain extent, affect the fit and comfort of the label on the hat.

Edge Cutting

The cutting of the label edge is of great significance for the entire label. KSTHL adopts imported laser cutting for the edge cutting of each label. This cutting method is highly precise, ensuring that the edge of each label is smooth and soft. The smooth edge not only improves the touch of the label, avoiding the problem of scratching the skin, but also enhances the durability of the label, reducing the possibility of edge wear, so that the label can still maintain a good appearance and performance after long – term use.
